In my current role as the Design Manager for ESPRIT Womenswear, I lead a talented team of multi-product designers spanning knitwear, jersey, outerwear, accessories, main & light wovens, and print & graphics, all while placing a strong emphasis on design direction and execution. My objective lies in cultivating an environment that nurtures creativity, encourages collaboration, and sparks innovation among team members so that we can consistently elevate our designs, surpassing not just customer expectations but also upholding the highest quality benchmarks in the industry.
